The system contains many strong points such as simply operation, friendly interface, high agility and system safety stable circulates.
This paper introduced the item background and meanings of <>in brief , and elaborates the design and realization courses of the system and the database of the system .And it describes every links from the needs analysis ,module design ,database design to system realization.
