摘 要
随着近几年来微机技术、网络技术及相应软件技术的迅猛发展，各行业的信息管理等工作已越来越离不开计算机了。为了加强对危险化学品的安全管理，控制化学品对人们的危险，本系统《危险化学品信息支持系统——法规标准管理》通过对危险化学品相关的法律、规章制度、行业标准进行梳理分类，实现了对法规标准信息的录入、查询、修改、删除等功能。
本系统基本遵循软件工程方法论进行系统分析、总体设计、详细设计和软件测试。采用ASP.NET 技术作为创建应用程序的方式，以C#作为编程语言，采用SQL Server 数据库作为后台数据库。它是.NET生成自定义窗体设计器来定制的应用程序。〖资料来源:计算机毕业论文 www.xiaoniu168.com〗

ABSTRACT
Along with in the last few years the microcomputer technology, the networking and the corresponding software technique's rapid development, various professions' work and so on information management could not leave the computer more and more.In order to strengthen to the dangerous chemical safety control, the control chemical to people's danger, this system "Dangerous Chemical Information Support program —— Laws and regulations Standard Management" through to the dangerous chemical related law, the rules and regulations, the profession standard carries on combs the classification, has realized to laws and regulations standard functions and so on information input, inquiry, revision, deletion.
This system follows the software engineering methodology to carry on the system analysis, the system design, the detailed design and the software testing basically. Uses the ASP.NET technology to take the foundation application procedure the way, takes the programming language by C#, uses SQL the Server database to take the backstage database. It is the .NET production the application procedure which has custom-made from the definition window design.

本系统危险化学品信息支持系统——法规标准管理设计与实现，通过对危险化学品相关的法律、规章制度、行业标准进行梳理分类。实现对法规标准信息的录入、查询、修改、删除等功能；并导出到Word文档。以下为本系统的总体功能描述：
（1）法律类别管理：对类别信息添加和删除操作；删除时，需判断该类别下是否存在子类或文件信息。
（2）法律法规文件管理：对文件信息添加、查看、删除和查询操作。添加时，需判断文件名称或类别名称是否为空；查看文件时可通过浏览按钮将文件导出到Word文档。
