计算机毕业设计介绍：
摘要
近年来，随着人民生活水平的不断提高，餐饮业的消费持续增长，竞争越来越激烈。然而，传统餐饮业的日常运作还是靠人工管理，从原材料的入库到客人点单，再到结账基本上由人工完成。这样做不仅耗费人力资源而且用以导致记录丢失或重复等错误，造成管理水平低下。作为传统的餐饮企业的进货，库存均由人工管理，客人点单需服务员记录并送至厨房，客人结账由手工记录，人力耗费大，客人等待时间长，管理效率低下，这就迫切需要标准的，高效率的计算机管理方式引到其发展，通过计算机管理企业的日常运作，不断完善管理水平，提高工作效率。本次毕业设计的题目就是餐厅管理系统中的订餐和后台管理模块。
使用计算机对餐饮企业信息进行管理，具有手工管理所无法比拟的优点。例如：检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大的提高信息管理的效率，也是企业的科学化、正规化管理的重要条件。
经过分析,我们使用JSP及JDBC开发工具,利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具，实现了从菜品管理，菜品分类和查询，到订餐实现，用户订单处理，再到系统管理等各项功能。本论文就毕业设计的内容，系统地阐述了餐厅管理系统中的订餐和后台管理模块的功能及实现。

Abstract
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of living standards, consumption of food and beverage industry continues to grow and the competition is increasing. However, the conventional food industry still rely on manual management of daily operations, from raw material storage to the orders of customers, and the checking out largely are all by hand to complete. This is not only expensive but also human resources to lead to errors such as missing or duplicate records, resulting in poor management. As a traditional catering business of the purchase, inventory by artificial management, customer ordered one to be recorded and sent to the kitchen crew, the guests check out records by hand. There is a large human cost, and a long time that the guests have to wait for, it is an inefficient management. There must be a standard, efficient computer management lead to its development through the daily operation of the enterprise computer management, and constantly improve the management level, improve work efficiency. The graduation project is the subject of the ordering and admin module in restaurant management system.
There are great advantages to use computers to manage business information than manual administration. For example: the rapid retrieval, easy to find, high reliability, large memory capacity, good security, long life and low cost. These advantages can greatly improve the efficiency of information management. They are also the important conditions of scientific and standardized management in business.
After analysis, we use JSP and JDBC development tools, the use of its various object-oriented development tools, management realized from the dishes, dishes classification and query, to ordering to achieve, the user order processing, to the system management and other functions. This thesis gives us a systematic exposition of the function and implementation of this ordering and admin module in restaurant management system.
